Entry to the Hotel when the office is closed ( non reception hours ) is Via the Automatic Check-In facility located outside the front entrance doors.

Guest checking in afterhours please locate your SURNAME ON THE AFTERHOURS MACHINE – NEXT TO YOUR SURNAME IS YOUR 5 DIGIT HOTEL NUMBER.

Bookings that are made via website after 12 midnight are reserved for that following evening and not the previous night. Bookings must be made prior to midnight to be reserved for that night.
Eg: A booking made by the internet before midnight on the the 5th Feb 2008 will be reserved for the 5th Feb 2008. Bookings made at 12:05am will be reserved for the 6th Feb 2008 and not the 5th Feb 2008.

Please note Eftpos cannot be used as a method of payment in the automatic machine.

Standard Rooms sleep a maximum of 3 People including children and babies. Family Rooms which sleep a maximum of 4 People including children and babies are also available at an additional fee but must be booked direct with the Hotel and are subject to availability.

Located on the National Highway No.1 Aka locally known Gateway Freeway.

Easy access straight on the highway to travel north to Sunshine coast of Noosa and Caloundra or south to Gold Coast, Bryon Bay , Tweed Heads , New South Wales.

TRANSPORTATION

8 – 10 kilometres 20 MINUTES from the CBD.

5 minutes from the Domestic and International Airports by vehicle .

The Hotel does not operate a shuttle service to the City, although the local Taxis are available.

A $7.00 Continental Breakfast is available Daily at the Hotel from 7am to 9am. Last seating 8:45am Please enquire at Reception about our NEW HOT Breakfast Options which are also available for an additional $4.00 per item.

The hotel stocks frozen meals which can be heated in the microwave when you are arriving outside of the opening hours of the local restaurants and eateries.

A Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate & Snack Foods & Soft Drink Vending machines are available 24hrs and are located in the Hotel Lobby.

Brisbane Convention Centre located in the city approximately 20 minutes by vehicle.

Broncos Rugby League grounds – Suncorp Stadium located in the city 20 minutes by vehicle.

Lone Pine Sanctuary – Fig Tree Pocket located 40 minutes on the western side of the city .

North Stradbroke Island Ferry – 30minutes by vehicle - Cleveland.

Tangalooma Resort on Moreton Island – ferry – 10 minutes to ferry wharf on Brisbane River at Pikenba .

Gold Coast and theme park attractions – 45minutes i.e. Dreamworld with it’s new wet and wild water slides etc.
